Public Safety
We value our public safety customers and ensure that they are provided with the best possible services. Our technicians are trained on various types and brands of equipment in order to best service the vehicles they use. It is our responsibility to keep those in charge of protecting us on the road and able to perform their jobs and keep the people safe. To keep it simple, here is a list of services we offer.
- On-site / Drop off repairs for most equipment.
- Complete / Full Build
- Consultation / Designing of vehicles in accordance with NC Gerneral Statutes and Federal Codes (NCGS 20-130.1, 20-130.2, 20-130.3 & 160A-499.6(b)(5); SAE Class 1)
- Product Sales: to include Lighting control systems, Consoles and accessories, Vehicle Equipment (Flares, First Aid, Fire Suppression), Prisoner Transportation, Officer Safety if offered by manufacture.
- Decommissioning of surplus equipment, prior to and after sale of vehicles to the public, this service varies in price depending on customer expectations or equipment removal which can include basic removal of equipment to vehicle graphics (we do not offer body repair or patching of exterior hole)
Many of our products or brands we supply will be listed on our product page when it is released. We go through many sources to offer products to our customers. As with any customer, we warranty all of our work for up to 1 year from the date of product installation.
