It is the practice of our company to provide a fair and honest service to our customers. Our terms and conditions will be outlined in this section for all to see. Our company stays committed to staying fair to our customers.
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure a clear agreement to our customers. In the event that disputes are made, this policy serves as a legal binding contract between the business TSP NC Inc, its subsidiaries and the Customer.
Definitions
- Seller - TSP NC Inc and its subsidiaries | Business or persons selling items in a manner for profit.
- Buyer - The customer(s) purchasing a product or service from the seller.
- Vendor - Supplier of parts or goods in a manner to supply the seller with goods for a customer.
- Deposit - A form of payment, usually a percentage or set amount to purchase goods or services.
- Shipping - items that are non-stocked items and must be obtained from our vendors.
- Non-Stock - items that are not usually carried by our stores.
It is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to these terms in order for TSP to conduct its business accordingly.
Deposits
Deposits are required for the following products and/or services. Deposits ensure that the customer agrees to the set amount, this serves as a binding agreement that neither the customer nor the business can break any form of agreement or contract. It goes without saying that trust is earned and not given.
- Any item that is a non-stock item.
- Services that in total exceed the amount $10,000 USD.
Purchase Orders
We understand that some companies conduct business through the means of purchase orders and TSP will honor them as long as conditions are met by terms and conditions. This includes any state and local agency that chooses to do business with us. In order to do business with TSP NC Inc or its subsidiaries, all conditions must be met despite internal requirements set forth by the customer.
Financing
Any and all financing is done by third-party vendors and is not internal to our company. Our vendors set their terms and conditions, TSP shall not be held responsible for the actions of our vendors or the services they offer.
Payments
Our terms and conditions for payment will be outlined here. We use third-party apps such as Quickbooks (Intuit), Financing via Affirm, Klarna and Quickbooks. Each processor uses their own terms and agreements, so please follow them correctly. TSP will not be held responsible for their actions.
- Cash - accepted for local transactions only. TSP does not offer any pay as you go services.
- Checks - checks are only accepted by businesses only. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
- Credit - credit cards are accepted either in person or online, all persons are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by our processors. At this time, the customer is not responsible for processing fees.
Returns
As of 3/01/2025, TSP does not accept returns of goods sold by us. All purchases are final.
Shipping
While shipping doesn't apply to most of our products, some items covered under our Public Safety market may require freight shipping and these items will require a shipping fee. Items on the public market under 100.00 will require a shipping fee not exceeding the amount of $20.00
